Once harvested, the honey undergoes rigorous testing at an independent laboratory to confirm it is Monofloral ensuring the bees have sourced pollen exclusively from the manuka tree – and to determine its MGO factor.

Many honeys are pasteurised during processing and packaging. Our honey is not. We keep our honey raw to preserve it natural goodness.

We filter our honey just once and only warm it enough to achieve a pourable consistency for packaging into our glass jars. Minimal processing means raw honey often appears cloudy and may crystallize over time.
This does not diminish its natural benefits, rather it ensures all the goodness remains in the thick sweet syrup.

Our Organic Manuka Honey Lozenges are made from 100% raw Manuka honey that is dehydrated resulting in a lozenge that is guaranteed 90% manuka honey and 10% stabiliser.
